We ship to most countries worldwide with USPS for all domestic and international packages.

Orders that are received during normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) during normal business days (Monday - Friday) are processed within 72 business hours. Any orders received after normal business hours or days will begin processed the following business day. After your order has been processed, delivery time within the United States is 3-15 business days, and 10-25 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Presale delivery time is specified on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your patience.

 

Order Processing & Shipment:

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility once payment has cleared. Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once their order has been released to the carrier.

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking and insurance included.


Proof of Fulfillment:

Once an order is scanned by USPS, the package weight, tracking number, and carrier acceptance scan together constitute proof that the order was properly fulfilled and transferred to the carrier in good condition.

After the package leaves our facility and is accepted by USPS, Khari Barbie Beauty is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or alleged missing contents.


Carrier Responsibility:

All shipping liability transfers to USPS upon carrier acceptance. USPS is solely responsible for the handling and delivery of all packages after that point.

If a package is delayed, damaged, lost, or reported empty, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS under their insured mail policies.

USPS insurance typically covers lost, damaged, or tampered packages once properly filed.


If You Receive an Empty or Damaged Package:

If your package arrives empty, damaged, or appears tampered with:

1. Do not discard the box, packaging materials, or shipping label.

2. Take clear photos of the exterior packaging, the label (with tracking number visible), and the interior contents.

3. Contact USPS immediately to file an insurance claim for a damaged or missing-content shipment. Claims may be filed online at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

4. Once you’ve filed your claim, please notify us by email at info@kharibarbiebeauty.com with your claim number and tracking number. We will provide any shipping documentation needed by USPS to process your claim.

Khari Barbie Beauty cannot issue refunds or replacements for any shipment that shows an acceptance scan by USPS and verified delivery status, as responsibility for delivery rests entirely with the carrier once released from our facility.


Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Khari Barbie Beauty is not responsible for misdelivered or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Disputes & Chargebacks:

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for an order that shows USPS acceptance and delivery confirmation constitutes a violation of this Shipping Policy.

Proof of shipment and delivery via USPS tracking, including recorded package weight, will serve as evidence of proper fulfillment.
